Day four of the PTG tour of Estonia started in Narva on the Russian border and headed back West to Rakvere. The main part of the day was given over to a trip on the lines of Eesti Energia Kaevandused Raudtee, a private company whose main activity is transporting the locally mined oil shale for use in power stations.
